RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MARCHA EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size and/or colour and are subject to stock availability. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned as per the MARCHA Returns Policy. If an item has been reduced in price the difference will not be refunded. Exchange orders will be delivered to the same shipping address stated on the original order.
Delivery is free on all replacement items within NL, but if you are based outside NL you may need to pay taxes and duties on any replacement items in addition to the shipping/delivery charges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you must return your order item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
EXCHANGING GIFTED ITEMS
At present we do not offer gift receipts. If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
If the customer requires an exchange, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size/colour as per the Returns Policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
Please note we will only discuss an order with the account holder. If you would like to return an online purchase that has been gifted to you, you will need to ask the account holder to contact MARCHA on your behalf.
We are currently looking into the possibility of offering Gift Receipts for purchases in the near future.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it and your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place.
You are also given the right to cancel an order at the point of sale. We recommend you email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance so we can arrange for your order cancellation prior to it being dispatched.
If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our Returns Policy.
If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the returns process) you will need to cover the cost of the return shipment.
The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.
The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 8 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please note – Your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification, that have been clearly personalised or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can always return your article(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items will be refunded when returned in original condition including price tags and seal-bags. To return your online purchased items, please follow the steps below. Most items can be refunded when it’s in original condition (with tag and seal still attached). Please see below how to exchange or return the article(s) you have bought in our store or webshop. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit.

You can exchange or return the products in the MARCHA boutique within 14 days.
RETURN BY SHIPPING
If you would like to return your article via postal service, please follow the steps below. Exchanging your item is not possible. If you prefer a different article or size, please place a new order online.
Items purchased in the boutique can only be returned in the boutique.

Shipping costs on returns are not free, postal charges are on the consumers behalf. If you have received a damaged or wrong item please contact our customer service desk.
Your refund will be processed within 8 days from receipt of the returned item.
